as registering as a user of the Site, providing feedback on the Site, or contacting us for support or other inquiries, we may
ask you to provide personal and other information. In order to engage in such activities, you will be required to provide
information that lets us know the specifics of who you are, such as your first name, last name, city and state, e-mail
address, phone number, and other information. The information we will require will depend on the activity. If such
information is required to provide services to you or where it is optional for you to engage in these activities, if you do not

be able to assist you in connection with our products or services or fulfill the purpose for which you contacted us. You
may also limit your ability to use all or a portion of the Site.

“recognize” you when you return to the Site, to track usage information, to troubleshoot how the Site operates, and for
internal analysis of how people use the Site. We may use “functionality cookies” to save your user ID, track your login
time and session expiration time on the Site. While most browsers are set to accept cookies by default, you can set yours
to refuse cookies or alert you before accepting them. Should you decide not to accept cookies from the Site, you may limit
the functionality we can provide you when you use the Site.
